Before we start
How does a project begin?
With an initial conversation to understand the site, program, budget and timeline. From there we prepare a work proposal and schedule.
Do you work outside Patagonia?
Yes. The studio is based in Patagonia and can develop projects in other regions of Argentina, with remote coordination and scheduled site visits.
What does construction supervision include?
It includes monitoring construction, interpreting documentation, coordinating trades, quality control and reviewing payment certificates.
Can I hire design only?
Yes. Architectural design can be hired independently. Construction supervision is agreed according to scope and location.
